Complete Care - MidAtlantic is looking for a CNA to provide essential personal care and support to patients at Hillside in Wilmington, DE. The role includes bathing, mobility assistance, meal support, and compassionate companionship in a team-based environment.

The position is full-time with weekend and 3rd shift options; a $2/hr shift differential applies to 2nd shift. Eligible benefits include health plans, 401K, PTO and tuition reimbursement, with daily pay and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming and personal care.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, positioning and safe ambulation.
• Monitor vitals and report changes in health status.

• Make beds, tidy rooms and participate in activities.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Document care in the patient software.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting.
• Mobility Support: Help reposition, get in and out of bed, transfer to chairs, and walk safely.
• Vitals & Monitoring: Check vitals/weight and report changes in physical/mental health.
• Feeding & Hydration: Assist with meals, snacks and ensure sufficient fluid intake.
• Living Assistance: Make beds, tidy rooms, and help participate in activities.
• Companionship: Provide friendship and emotional safety.
• Documentation: Enter information into software to track care provided.

Qualifications
