Complete Care at Hillside is offering a Certified Nursing Assistant Training Course beginning September 30th in the Wilmington area. The program includes paid tuition, daytime class hours (8am-4pm), and an interview prior to class for a seamless employment transition.

Full-time employment is required upon completion, with strong perks and benefits. Class location is at Complete Care at Brackenville, Hockessin, with opportunities for tuition reimbursement up to $5k annually, daily pay options,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass background check, urine drug screen, and physical evaluation.
• Kind and compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe movement of residents.
• Monitor vitals and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with meals and hydration and encourage fluids.
• Help with daily living activities and provide companionship.
• Document care given in the software system.

Upon Class Completion- Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

Personal Care: Help with bathing,dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting

Mobility Support: Help reposition, get in and out of bed, transfer to chairs, & walk safely

Vitals & Monitoring: Check vitals/weight & report changes in physical/mental health

Feeding & Hydration: Assist with meals, snacks & ensure that they drink enough fluids

Living Assistance: Make beds, tidy rooms, and help them to participate in activities

Companionship: Provide friendship & emotional safety for a genuine human bond

Document: Enter info into our software system to keep track of the care you give
