Job summary

Northern Montana Hospital is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide patient care under the supervision of the charge nurse and Team Manager. The CNA will follow care plans, document care, and support residents in a 24/7 setting at NMH.

This position offers a $2,500 discretionary sign-on bonus and benefits including health, dental, life, FLEX/HSA with a 403(b) option. Salary is commensurate with up to 10 years of experience.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent preferred.
• Certified Nurses Aide by the State of Montana.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Ability to interpret and apply verbal and written instructions.
• Provide a current phone number.
• Ability to pass Background Check and Drug Screen.

About the role

$2,500 Discretionary Sign-On Bonus

Under the supervision of the charge nurse and Team Manager, the CNA administers nursing care to residents in accordance with a specific care plan devised for each individual resident according to Nurse Aide Guidelines. The CNA supports the mission and nursing philosophy of Northern Montana Care Center.
