Job summary

Northern Montana Hospital in Havre, MT seeks a Certified Nurse Aide to deliver resident care per individualized plans. The CNA works under the charge nurse and Team Manager to support the hospital’s mission and nursing philosophy, contributing to a patient-centered care environment.

Starting pay ranges from $19.38 to $21.52 per hour, with benefits including health, dental, life and FLEX/HSA, plus a 403(b) option.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Certified Nurse’s Aide by the State of Montana.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • Ability to interpret and apply verbal and written instructions.
  • Provide a current phone number.
  • Successfully pass Background Check and Drug Screen.

The not-for-profit, 25-bed Critical Access Hospital features a 24-hour physician-staffed emergency department, with state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging and electronic medical record services. Our large, quiet labor/birthing rooms are private and located away from other patient care areas. The private patient rooms on the 5th floor Medical/Surgical Department boast views from every window.

About the role

$5,000 Discretionary Sign-On Bonus

Under the supervision of the charge nurse and Team Manager, the CNA administers nursing care to residents in accordance with a specific care plan devised for each individual resident according to Nurse Aide Guidelines. The CNA supports the mission and nursing philosophy of Northern Montana Care Center.

Qualifications
