Good Samaritan in Miller, SD is hiring a Nursing Assistant (CNA) for 12-hour night shifts. You will provide resident-centered care, assist with daily living activities, and support the care team under an RN's supervision. CNA certification is required with expedited timelines to obtain it where needed.

Offer includes a generous benefits package and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. This full-time position involves night/weekend differentials and opportunities for advancement in a nonprofit senior care

Formación

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Minimum age of 16. Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• CNA certification with State Board of Nursing required or in process within four months; CNA training provided by facility.
• Annual continuing education credits required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
• Record vital signs and communicate changes to RN.
• Support infection prevention policies and PPE usage.
• Assist with meals and dining to create a positive experience.
