Good Samaritan-Miller in Miller, SD is seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant (NA) to provide resident-centered care in a long-term care setting. Under RN supervision, you will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support infection control measures.

The role requires compassion and a commitment to quality care in a Christian environment. You will work 12-hour night shifts in a full-time schedule with a 40-hour workweek, and may be eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• 0Minimum age of 16; clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• CNA certification with State Board required or in process within four months.
• Annual 12 hours of continuing education required.
• UAP Registry where applicable.
• Possibility of Sanford Category II Driver responsibilities where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Deliver age-appropriate care per care plan and infection control policies.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, eating, mobility, and vital signs.
• Document resident interactions and communicate changes to charge nurse.
• Support wellness and recreational programs and assist with daily housekeeping tasks.
