Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of a UAP curriculum or documented Nursing Assistant/EMT experience in past 3 years.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care including bathing and hygiene.
• Assist with nutrition and hydration.
• Assist with ambulation and positioning.
• Perform regular patient rounds and communicate with the healthcare team.
