Lake Drive Care & Rehab Center is seeking compassionate Direct Care Staff / Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our resident-focused team. Full-time and part-time day, evening, and night shifts are available, including weekend double shifts.

Qualifications

• Must maintain current CNA/DDCA certification
• Obtain and maintain MANDT certification
• Obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid certification
• Experience supporting persons with intellectual disabilities is preferred
• Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication
• Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
• Must be able to give verbal instructions and document plans

Responsabilités

• Direct Care Staff answers signal lights and bells to determine resident needs
• Assist residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, and incontinence care
• Obtain food trays and assist residents with feeding
• Assist resident with range of motion exercises
• Provide for personal care and comfort
• Assist residents with ambulation and movement
• Take and record health metrics as directed
• Provide direct and indirect resident care services
• Communicate changes in residents’ condition to nursing team
