Job summary

Park View is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team in Buffalo, MN. The role offers full-time hours, a wage range of $22.60–$24.31 per hour, and a $2,000 bonus for full-time staff.

Night shifts run 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM with a $2 per hour differential. As a CNA you’ll provide essential hands-on care, support residents’ daily living activities, and work closely with RNs to ensure high-quality, person-centered care in a welcoming community.

Qualifications

• Current MN Nursing Assistant certification required.
• Must be 16 years of age.
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Help residents reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition to the supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
