Job summary

Lake Ridge is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team in Buffalo, MN. The on-call position supports residents with daily living activities and collaborates with Nurses to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.

The ideal candidate has a Minnesota CNA certificate, 6+ months' experience, and strong communication skills. Competitive pay ($22.60–$24.96/hr) with a $4 evening/night differential and supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minnesota CNA certificate required.
• 6+ months of experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Help with toileting, bathing, dressing and personal care.
• Record vitals and report changes to RN.
• Document services in the charting system.
• Support prescribed activity programs for residents.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and observe changes.
• Collaborate with Nurses and team members to deliver care.
