Cassia is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for overnight 12-hour shifts. This position includes comprehensive paid training and CNA certification.

Starting wage is $19.17/hour with an up-to-$3.00/hour shift differential, plus benefits: PTO, health/dental/vision/life, retirement plan with employer match, tuition discounts, and more. No prior nursing experience required; must be 16+ and pass MN background check.

Qualifications

• No prior nursing or medical experience required.
• Must be 16 years or older to apply.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 35 lbs.
• Must pass Minnesota background check.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on personal care.
• Assist with nurse-delegated tasks such as recording vital signs and operating mechanical lifts.
• Enhance residents' quality of life through communication, interaction, and daily activities support.
