Job summary

Valley View Retirement Community is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide hands-on care under licensed supervision. You will follow each resident’s care plan and assist with daily activities, aiming to enhance comfort, dignity, and independence.

The position offers competitive wages ($21.17/hour base) with shift differentials up to $4/hour, plus benefits, tuition assistance, PTO, and growth opportunities in a faith-based, supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Must have 8th grade education or GED.
• Completion of a state-approved Nurse Aide Training Program (NNAAP) or current enrollment considered.
• Current CNA certification in the state.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, toileting, eating, walking, repositioning).
• Support residents in maintaining independence, choice, and dignity.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment and report equipment concerns.
