Job summary

Mount Joseph at Waterville in Maine is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant for the night shift to provide high-quality resident care. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, and restorative procedures, while ensuring safety and attentive response to resident calls.

The role offers a $3,500 sign-on bonus, weekend and shift differentials, and 2+ weeks of PTO annually. CNA certification and a high school diploma (or equivalent) are required to join our dedicated team.

About the Role

As a CNA Night Shift, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including:

• Assisting Elders with daily living functions such as dental care, feeding, bathing, dressing/undressing, nail care, hair care, and shaving according to expressed preference
• Assisting with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, lifts, etc.
• Performing restorative and rehabilitive procedures as instructed
• Providing daily Range of Motion Exercises
• Answering Resident calls promptly
• Following established safety precautions in the performance of all duties
