Job summary

Mount Joseph at Waterville in Maine is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant for the night shift to provide high-quality resident care. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, and restorative procedures, while ensuring safety and attentive response to resident calls.

The role offers a $3,500 sign-on bonus, weekend and shift differentials, and 2+ weeks of PTO annually. CNA certification and a high school diploma (or equivalent) are required to join our dedicated team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (dental care, feeding, bathing, dressing).
• Assist with transferring, positioning, and transporting residents.
• Perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures as instructed.
• Provide daily range of motion exercises.
• Respond promptly to resident calls.
• Follow safety procedures in all duties.
