Job summary

Mount Joseph at Waterville is seeking a compassionate CNA-M (Med Tech) to join our team in Waterville, Maine. This full-time role on a 12-hour shift (5:45a–6:15p) is floor-based with med cart assignments based on staffing needs to support residents’ physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

The CNA-M administers medications, observes residents, and communicates changes to the Charge Nurse. Strong teamwork, reliability, and the ability to lift and move residents are essential for success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Record all entries on Medication Administration Record (MAR).

• Use only authorized abbreviations established by this facility when recording information.
• Report all changes in the resident's condition to the Charge Nurse as soon as practical.

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable CNA-M (Med Tech) to join our team at Mount Joseph at Waterville. This is a full-time position on our 5:45a to 6:15p 12-hour shift. This role is primarily floor based, with med cart assignments regularly scheduled based on staffing needs. As a valued member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of our residents.

Purpose of Your Job Position:

The primary purpose of your job position is to administer medications on your assigned unit in accordance with established procedures and perform other duties as may be directed by your supervisor to assure an on-going program of care designed to meet the comprehensive assessment of each resident's needs.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Record all entries on Medication Administration Record (MAR)
