Job summary

Senior Solutions At Home, Inc. in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a caregiver to assist seniors with daily living tasks in their homes.

Positions are available part-time and full-time with flexible day and night shifts and a competitive hourly pay rate. Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, transportation, meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, mobility and toiletry assistance, companionship, and detailed record-keeping via our online portal.

Qualifications

• Clean criminal background check required.
• Live Scan / Fingerprinting required.
• Reliable transportation with auto insurance.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (I-9) with 2 forms of ID.
• 6+ months formal training or experience in home care preferred.
• CPR and First Aid and TB test or chest X-ray required.
• CNA license desired.

Responsibilities

• Bath/Groom/Dress.
• Provide transportation services and basic errands (pharmacy, grocery, etc.).
• Provide meals and conduct light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders.
• Mobility assistance.
• Toiletry assistance.
• Companionship to engage seniors in activities.
• Maintain a detailed record of services and client conditions in the online portal.
• Notify Care Coordinator of major changes or incidents during your shift.

Job Responsibilities

• Bath/Groom/Dress
• Provide transportation services and basic errands (pharmacy, grocery store, etc.)

• Companionship to help seniors enjoy their interests (attending senior centers or church, playing board games or cards, reading books, watching movies, taking walks)
• Maintain a detailed record of services provided and client's current conditions through our online portal
• Notify Care Coordinator of major changes or incidents during your shift

Job Requirements

• Clean criminal background check

• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (Compliant with I-9 requirements.) ex: 2 forms of ID- Driver's License or Identification/passport or Permanent Resident ID/Social Security Card
• Formal training or experience in the home care field or school for at least 6 months is desired

• CNA License desired
