Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - Treasure Coast is seeking a dedicated CNA caregiver for Covington, Georgia. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, mobility support, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship for seniors in a home-care setting.

The ideal candidate has CPR/First Aid, a background check, reliable transportation, and a willingness to work flexible schedules including days and nights.

Qualifications

• Clean criminal background check.
• Live Scan / Fingerprinting.
• Reliable transportation with insurance.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (I-9 compliant).
• Formal training or experience in home care preferred (6 months).
• CPR + First Aid and TB test or chest X-ray required.
• CNA license desired.

Responsibilities

• Bath/Groom/Dress.
• Provide transportation services and basic errands (pharmacy, grocery store, etc.).
• Provide meals and light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders.
• Mobility assistance.
• Toiletry assistance.
• Companionship to help seniors enjoy their interests.
• Maintain a detailed record of services via online portal.
• Notify Care Coordinator of major changes or incidents during shift.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bath/Groom/Dress


• Provide transportation services and basic errands (pharmacy, grocery store, etc.)


• Provide meals and conduct light housekeeping


• Medication reminders


• Mobility assistance


• Toiletry assistance


• Companionship to help seniors enjoy their interests (attending senior centers or church, playing board games or cards, reading books, watching movies, taking walks)


• Maintain a detailed record of services provided and client's current conditions through our online portal


• Notify Care Coordinator of major changes or incidents during your shift

Job Requirements:

• Clean criminal background check

• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (Compliant with I-9 requirements.) ex: 2 forms of ID- Driver's License or Identification/passport or Permanent Resident ID/Social Security Card


• Formal training or experience in the home care field or school for at least 6 months is desired


• CPR + First Aid and TB test or chest X-ray required


• CNA License desired
