Job summary

Senior Solutions At Home, Inc. is seeking caregivers (CNA / PCA / HHA) to join our team in providing in-home support. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and companionship, while keeping detailed notes in our online portal.

We offer flexible hours, both part-time and full-time options, and a competitive hourly pay rate with weekly pay. A valid background check and verifiable work eligibility in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Clean background check and Live Scan per policy.
• Reliable transportation with insurance.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. with 2 forms of ID.
• CPR, First Aid and TB test or chest X-ray required.
• CNA license desired (not required).

Responsibilities

• Bath, groom, and dress clients with dignity.
• Provide transportation to appointments and run errands.
• Assist with meals and light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders and mobility support.
• Offer companionship and engage in activities with clients.
• Maintain detailed records in the online portal.
• Notify Care Coordinator of major changes during shifts.

Job Responsibilities

• Bath/Groom/Dress
• Provide transportation services and basic errands (pharmacy, grocery store, etc.)
• Provide meals and conduct light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Mobility assistance
• Toiletry assistance
• Companionship to help seniors enjoy their interests (attending senior centers or church, playing board games or cards, reading books, watching movies, taking walks)
• Maintain a detailed record of services provided and client's current conditions through our online portal
• Notify Care Coordinator of major changes or incidents during your shift

Job Requirements

• Clean criminal background check
• Live Scan / Fingerprinting
• Reliable transportation with insurance
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (Compliant with I-9 requirements.) ex: 2 forms of ID- Driver's License or Identification/passport or Permanent Resident ID/Social Security Card
• Formal training or experience in the home care field or school for at least 6 months is desired
• CPR + First Aid and TB test or chest X-ray required
• CNA License desired
