Job summary

The Terraces of Los Gatos, a HumanGood community, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to deliver compassionate care in a person-directed environment. You will support residents with activities of daily living, ensure safety, and collaborate with the care team.

Schedule is ON-CALL with flexible AM/NOC shifts, and pay ranges from $23 to $28 per hour DOE with shift differential. Active CNA license and CPR certification are required; prior CNA experience preferred, with at least 1 year in

Description

Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) actively incorporate our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." You would develop an awareness of residents' interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.

Schedule : ON-CALL

• Flexible availability for AM / NOC shift

Pay : $23 - 28 / hour, DOE + shift differential

To be successful in the role, you would have to:

• Must have an active Certified Nursing Assistant license
• Must have a CPR certificate
• Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred
• 1 year of experience or more
