Riverside Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team in Illinois. The CNA will provide person-centered care, assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful environment.

Ideal candidates have CNA certification in Illinois, BLS, and strong communication with a team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Illinois
• BLS certification required or preferred
• Experience in elder care and memory care preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide oral, skin, and hair care; assist with mobility and transfers
• Provide memory care support to residents with Alzheimer’s/dementia
• Monitor eating habits and document changes
• Take and record vital signs; report changes to Nurse
• Maintain clean, safe living environment; assist with light housekeeping
• Document care provided; maintain HIPAA confidentiality
• Provide companionship and engage residents in activities
• Collaborate with health care team and participate in care planning
