Qualifikationen

• CNA certificate registered with the State of Illinois.

Aufgaben

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, intake/output and toileting.
• Vital signs monitoring: measure and record BP, pulse, temp, resp rate, SpO2, weight, glucose.
• Assist with mobility: turning, repositioning, transferring, ambulation.
• Document care activities and observations in the EHR system.
• Collect urine and stool specimens as directed by nursing staff.
• Adhere to infection control procedures and use PPE as required.
• Assist with setup, operation and cleaning of medical equipment.
• Engage with patients and families to promote comfort and well-being.
