Mirabella Seattle, part of Pacific Retirement Services, is seeking a CNA for Memory Care. This on-site role supports memory care residents in a dedicated unit and aligns with our Not-for-Profit Continuing Care Retirement Community in downtown Seattle.

The successful candidate will be licensed in WA (NAC) and may have memory care experience; dementia certification sponsorship is offered after hire. The position offers On-Call shifts with competitive wage range and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed CNA (NAC in WA State).
• Prior memory care or senior living experience is a plus but not required!
• Mirabella Seattle will sponsor dementia certification after you are hired.

Responsibilities

• Support Memory Care residents in the memory support unit.
• Assist in implementing Memory Support Program to enhance resident joy and meaning.
• Collaborate with leadership for learning, mentorship and development.

Shifts Available

• On-Call

Wage Range: $21.00 - $25.00 /hr DOE

Mirabella Seattle, a part of Pacific Retirement Services, is a beautiful not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in the heart of downtown Seattle. We have a 46 bed SNF (5 star rated). Outside of our SNF and AL floors, Mirabella is home to more than 290 IL residents who enjoy a high-end resort style living experience.

Our CNA's will support our Memory Care residents in our memory support unit. We know the impact Alzheimer’s and other memory-impairing diseases can have on families. You'll help us support our specialized Memory Support Program which combines specially trained staff, adaptive programs, and purposeful physical space to enable residents and their families to find joy and meaning each day.

Our leadership team will support you in mutiple ways such as: learning & development, mentorship, promotion opportunities and more!

About You

• Must be a licensed CNA (NAC in WA State).


• Prior experience in memory care or senior living is a plus but not required!
