Mirabella Seattle, a not-for-profit continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in downtown Seattle, is hiring a CNA on a PRN/on-call basis. The role supports 46-bed SNF and 290+ independent/assisted living residents, offering a high-end, resort-style environment with career advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate grooming and care for residents.
• Prepare each patient room with items like blankets, pillows, and bathroom necessities.
• Help residents eat and take medications.
• Ensure regular meals and proper medication dosages.
• Monitor vitals and report to nursing team.
• Assist with mobility and transfers from wheelchair to bed.
• Turn or reposition patients to prevent bedsores.
• Assist residents with walking and exercise.

We have a 46 bed SNF (5 star rated). Outside of our SNF and AL floors, Mirabella is home to more than 290 IL residents who enjoy a high-end resort style living experience.

Work Schedules:

• On-Call/PRN Shifts

Wage Range: $22.00 - $27.06 /hr DOE

Day in the Life of a CNA at Mirabella:

• Facilitate grooming and care for our residents.
• Preparing each patient room with necessary items like blankets, pillows, medical equipment and bathroom needs.
• Helping patients eat and take medications.
• Making sure they have regular meals and proper medication dosages.
• Monitoring vitals and patient behavior and reporting them to Mirabella's nursing team.
• Assisting patients with mobility needs, transferring them from wheelchair to bed.
• Turning or adjusting patients in bed to prevent bedsores or other discomfort.
• Exercising patients by helping them walk.
