Mirabella Seattle, a not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in downtown Seattle, is hiring CNAs to support Memory Care residents in our memory support unit. The role offers dementia certification sponsorship after hire and opportunities for development.

Applicants must hold a WA State CNA license (NAC). Prior memory care or senior living experience is a plus, with a supportive leadership team and comprehensive employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed CNA (NAC in WA State).
• Prior memory care or senior living experience is a plus but not required.
• Mirabella Seattle will sponsor dementia certification after you are hired.

Responsibilities

• Support Memory Care residents in the memory care unit.
• Contribute to the Memory Support Program with trained staff and adaptive spaces.
• Participate in learning and development, mentorship, and growth opportunities.
