Responsibilities

• Administer routinely scheduled oral and topical medications per physician orders.
• Monitor vital signs and document accurately in EMR.
• Communicate any side effects, shortages, or issues to the Charge Nurse.
• Assist with inventory, re-ordering, and safe medication handling.
