Qualifications

• Must complete Nursing Assistant-Medication training.

Responsibilities

• Administer routinely scheduled medications per physician orders and policy.
• Monitor and document vital signs and treatments in EMR.
• Report unusual side effects, outdates, or shortages to Charge Nurse.
• Assist with medication inventory and system improvements.
