Job summary

First Atlantic Healthcare in Maine is seeking a CNA Med-Tech to administer medications and support resident well-being under the supervision of a licensed nurse. You will maintain accurate EMR records, monitor vital signs, and report any concerns to the Charge Nurse.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of state-approved CNA program and active Maine CNA Registry.
• Completion of Nursing Assistant-Medication training program.

Responsibilities

• Administer routinely scheduled oral and topical medications per physician orders.
• Monitor vital signs and document medications and treatments accurately.
• Report unusual side effects, outdated medications, or shortages to Charge Nurse.
• Assist with medication inventory and streamline the medication system.
