Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication assistance to residents according to physician orders.
• Receive and prepare medications and dispense per procedures.
• Document medications on MAR and report non-administered drugs.
• Count narcotics and maintain storage procedures.
• Observe residents' responses and report unexpected reactions.
• Assist with daily ADLs and mobility.
• Maintain clean medicine supply room and audit medication carts.
• Complete required training and attend sessions.
• Prepare for medical appointments and file papers in medical records.
• Protect dignity, privacy, and Mercy mission values.
