Westminster Lakeland in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant/Med Tech to join our Assisted Living team. You will provide routine daily nursing care to residents under supervision, helping maintain dignity and independence while following care procedures and safety protocols.

Qualified candidates will hold a Florida CNA certification and Medical Technician Certified, have 1 year of long-term care experience, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required by Florida law and Medical Technician Certified.
• Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience; CPR certification required.
• Provide routine daily nursing care and assist with activities of daily living.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Take vital signs and report changes to the nurse.
• Maintain hygiene and assist with meals.
• Document accurately in CNA flow-sheet.
• Support infection prevention and safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
