Tradition, a Transforming Age community in Brooklyn Park, MN, is hiring; this CNA/NAR/HCA role offers meaningful daily resident care and teamwork. You will assist with ADLs, nutrition, activities, and mobility to support residents’ well-being.

The role requires a valid CNA/NAR/HCA license, CPR/First Aid, and English proficiency; comprehensive benefits are provided for full-time staff, including PTO and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Must have a current CNA/NAR/HCA license in good standing.
• Must have CPR/First Aid certification.
• Must read/write/speak English sufficiently.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow residents' ADL directives.
• Make accurate chart notes daily on residents' conditions.
• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, nail clipping, and dressing.
• Assist in serving meals and leading/attending activities.
• Maintain neat work areas and report changes to supervisor.
• Assist in admission and discharge of residents.
• Record vital signs and provide transfers/ambulation assistance.
