Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver resident care in a warm, home-like environment. You will assist with daily living activities, document care, and communicate changes to the team to ensure high-quality care.

The ideal candidate holds a valid CNA/HHA/LNA license, values empathy, and excels in a team setting; prior dementia experience is a plus. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
