Job summary

Transforming Age's Heathers Manor in Crystal, MN is hiring Nursing Assistants to support residents with ADLs, meals, and activities. Full-time and on-call roles available; friendly team and supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus additional specialized training.
• Must have a current CNA/NAR/HCA license in good standing.
• Must have current CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow residents' ADL directives.
• Make accurate chart notes daily and report changes to supervisor.
• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, and dressing.
• Assist in serving meals and participating in activities.
• Maintain neat and clean work areas and safe environment.
• Record vital signs and assist with transfers/ambulation.
• Assist in admission and discharge of residents.
• Respond promptly to calls for assistance and report safety hazards.
