Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a current CNA/NAR/HCA license in good standing.
• Must have current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Must be able to read/write/speak English sufficiently to perform responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow residents' ADL directives.
• Make accurate chart notes daily on residents’ conditions and chart on flow sheets.
• Assist residents with bathing, hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist in serving meals and participating in activities.
• Assist in admission and discharge of residents.
• Record vital signs on a scheduled basis and report changes.
