Job summary

Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living, meals, hygiene, and mobility. Our CNAs deliver person-centered care across Assisted Living, Personal Care, Skilled Nursing and Memory Care.

We offer competitive compensation ($19-$24/hour, with shift differentials and Med Tech pay), full-time and part-time schedules (7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM), plus comprehensive benefits, 401(k)

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
Current CPR certification is preferred.
Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
Assist residents in activities of daily living.
Implement residents' personal care plans with a focus on preferences and routines to provide comfort and belonging.
Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents' needs in a timely manner.
