Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living, meals, hygiene, and mobility. Our CNAs deliver person-centered care across Assisted Living, Personal Care, Skilled Nursing and Memory Care.

We offer competitive compensation ($19-$24/hour, with shift differentials and Med Tech pay), full-time and part-time schedules (7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM), plus comprehensive benefits, 401(k)

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assist residents in activities of daily living.
• Implement residents' personal care plans with a focus on preferences and routines to provide comfort and belonging.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents' needs in a timely manner.

Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Our CNAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

Ann's Choice has different levels of care- Assisted Living, Personal Care, Skilled Nursing & Memory Care.

Compensation

$19-$24/ hour (depending on experience), plus shift differentials and Med Tech pay. Training available for qualified CNAs interested in becoming Med Tech. CNA without Med Tech positions also available.

Schedule Options

7:00 AM-3:00 PM or 3:00 PM-11:00 PM. Full-time and part-time positions offered.

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What you will need
