Job summary

Horsham Center for Jewish Life in Montgomery County, PA is seeking caring CNAs to join a 324-bed long-term care community. You’ll assist residents with daily activities, provide compassionate, person-centered care, and work closely with nurses to support safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification is required.
• Demonstrates compassion and reliability in resident care.
• Ability to work well in a team with nurses and staff.
• Excellent attendance and a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide person-centered care ensuring dignity, comfort, and independence.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the nursing team.
• Respond promptly to residents’ needs and ensure safety and wellbeing.
• Assist with positioning, transfers, and mobility as appropriate.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Build positive relationships and provide compassionate support.
