Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living and person-centered care across assisted living, personal care, skilled nursing, and memory care. Compensation ranges from $19 to $24 per hour, with shift differentials and potential Med Tech paths.

Full-time and part-time roles available. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) with company match, on-site wellness centers, dining discounts, and education

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident's physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs.
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter.

Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Our CNAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident's needs.

Ann's Choice has different levels of care- Assisted Living, Personal Care, Skilled Nursing & Memory Care.

Compensation: $19-$24/ hour (depending on experience), plus shift differentials and Med Tech pay. Training available for qualified CNAs interested in becoming Med Tech. CNA without Med Tech positions also available.

Schedule Options: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM or 3:00 PM-11:00 PM. Full-time and part-time positions offered.
