The Rochester Rehab & Living Center, part of Volunteers of America National Services (VOANS), is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Rochester, MN. This full-time role offers a compassionate team, supportive work environment, and opportunities to impact resident health and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Active MN RN licensure.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and resident orders.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical and cognitive resident assessments using the nursing process.
• Monitor medications and treatment schedules as ordered.
• Participate in the development, maintenance and implementation of the facility's QAA/QAPI process.
• Act as liaison between physician, resident, family and care team to ensure orders are carried out.
