Qualifications

• LTC experience preferred or equivalent education/experience.
• Successful completion of state CNA training and certification.
• Good standing in state registry required.

Responsibilities

• Answer call lights and respond to residents’ needs.
• Provide bathing, dressing, grooming and daily living assistance.
• Assist with mobility, positioning, transfers and transportation.
• Document care and report changes to nurses.
• Follow care plans and infection-control guidelines.
