Job summary

Huntingdon Park Nursing Home is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our long-term care team. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN positions with generous shift differentials and a comprehensive benefits package.

CNAs will perform direct resident care under licensed nurses, focusing on residents' personal needs and comfort while promoting a home-like environment and adherence to care plans. Previous LTC experience is preferred, with CNA training and certification required.

Qualifications

• Prior LTC nursing assistant experience preferred.
• Successful completion of CNA training and competency evaluation.
• Good standing in state registry.

Responsibilities

• Answer signal lights and meet residents' needs promptly.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and daily living activities.
• Translate procedures and care plans to residents and families.
• Record meal intake, snacks, and hydration; monitor fluids.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning for safety.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident areas and equipment.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to nurses.
