Medlinkhealth Anesthesia Associates in Michigan is seeking a reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our long-term care nursing team. You will assist with patient care under supervision, following clinical standards and hospital procedures to support comfort and safety for residents.

Formación

• Active CNA/LNA certification in good standing.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Minimum 2 years of CNA experience in Long-Term Care (LTC).

Responsabilidades

• Direct Patient Care: Assist staff nurses with treatment delivery, personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility routines for residents in accordance with care plans.
• Patient Comfort & Safety: Provide patient- and family-centered care to ensure comfort, dignity, safety, and a positive overall experience for residents and their loved ones.
• Clinical Support: Assist healthcare providers and nursing staff with basic clinical procedures, routine care tasks, and room upkeep.
• Observation & Reporting: Monitor patient status, note changes in physical or emotional condition, and promptly report updates to the supervising staff nurse or charge nurse.
• Team Collaboration: Maintain open communication with multidisciplinary healthcare team members and adhere strictly to facility procedures and safety guidelines.

Job Summary:

Working under the direct supervision of department managers, charge nurses, and staff nurses, you will assist in delivering essential patient care in accordance with established clinical standards and hospital procedures.   • Minimum 2+ years of clinical CNA experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) [Required].
