Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and document vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiratory rate.
• Provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff, including repositioning bedridden patients and changing linens.
• Assist nursing staff with medical procedures and treatments as needed.
• Observe patients' conditions, reporting changes to the nursing or medical staff.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients and staff.
• Transport patients to various locations within the facility, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge processes for patients.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare-related regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
