Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Port Townsend, WA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine daily nursing care to residents, including bathing, feeding, grooming and toileting, under the supervision of licensed staff.

This full-time position offers day and night shifts, competitive wage of $23–$28.69 per hour plus benefits such as paid time off, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State with an active license.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification must be current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting) as directed.
• Deliver direct care to assigned patients.
• Assist in activities of daily living and maintain patient comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs.

Shift Differentials: Evening (EVE) and Night (NOC)

Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
