Job summary

Manderley Healthcare Center in Osgood, IN is seeking a personable Certified Nursing Assistant to perform resident care activities and support daily living tasks in our nursing home.

Join our compassionate multidisciplinary team and help enrich residents' lives. This full-time role offers starting pay of $18/hour with shift differential, day and night shifts, and a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active Certified Nursing Assistant Certification, having completed a State-approved training program and necessary examination.
• Graduate of an accredited high school or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents including bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming per Care Plan.
• Provide nursing care in accordance with policies and procedures and ensure resident safety.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Collaborate with Charge Nurse and interdisciplinary team to support residents.
• Follow Care Plan and assist with additional duties as assigned.
