Job summary

Hendricks Community Hospital Association is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality care to long-term residents in a friendly, small-town setting. The role includes day shifts with weekend and holiday rotations and differential compensation.

Starting wage is $22.50 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for growth. Previous healthcare experience is preferred but training is available; sensitivity to geriatric needs is essential.

Qualifications

Successful completion of a state approved CNA program.
Healthcare facility experience preferred but training available.
Genuine interest in geriatrics.
Ability to follow individual care plans and support ADLs.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing, eating and mobility.
Support residents according to each care plan and respond to needs promptly.
Communicate positively with residents and colleagues; maintain confidentiality.
Follow safety, infection control, and emergency procedures; participate in rounds.
