Job summary

Evergreen Retirement Community, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Oshkosh, WI, to provide compassionate in-home and facility care to residents and patients. The role focuses on personal care, comfort, and supporting the nursing team in delivering excellent service.

The ideal candidate enjoys helping others and can work well within a team. Full-time PM shifts (2:00pm–10:15pm) are available, with every other weekend and holiday required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CNA experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn and work with residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance.
• Take vital signs and observe health status changes.
• Assist in meal preparation, feeding, and comfort.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure the best care.
• Follow care plans and ensure patient safety and dignity at all times.
