Dawson Springs Health & Rehab a Concord Health Systems facility is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our locally owned nursing home team in Western Kentucky. The role centers on compassionate daily resident care, supporting dignity and comfort for each resident.

You will assist with ADLs, monitor residents, help with mobility and transfers, and document care. Kentucky CNA certification is required; long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must hold Kentucky CNA certification.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred but not required.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shifts, including nights if applicable.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Shift: PRN Day/Night Shift

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in a locally owned and operated nursing home group serving Western Kentucky.

Our focus is on providing respectful, attentive care that supports the dignity, comfort, and well-being of each resident. The CNA plays a key role in assisting residents with daily care needs while maintaining a calm, supportive environment during the shift.

Essential Duties

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
