Job summary

Ridgewood Terrace a Concord Health Systems facility in Kentucky is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant to join our locally owned nursing home team. Day, night and weekend shifts are available; full-time positions.

You will care for residents, assist with ADLs, document care, and work with nurses to maintain safety and comfort while complying with regulations.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Kentucky.
• Experience in long-term care or nursing home settings preferred.
• Compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shifts, including nights.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide patient care and support in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in a locally owned and operated nursing home group serving Western Kentucky.

Our focus is on providing respectful, attentive care that supports the dignity, comfort, and well-being of each resident. The CNA plays a key role in assisting residents with daily care needs while maintaining a calm, supportive environment during the shift.
