GetHired, Inc. is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our locally owned nursing home group serving Western Kentucky.

The CNA will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor wellbeing, document care, and work with a supportive interprofessional team to maintain a safe, respectful environment.

Full and part-time shifts available, including nights and weekends; competitive pay with shift differential and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Kentucky
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred but not required
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shifts, including nights if applicable
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide patient care in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting

Position Summary

• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• Accurately document care provided in the medical record system
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
