You will assist residents with daily living activities, document care, and work closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high standards of care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must hold Kentucky CNA certification.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.
• Provide patient-centered care with attention to safety and dignity.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shifts, including nights if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in a locally owned and operated nursing home group serving Western Kentucky.

Our focus is on providing respectful, attentive care that supports the dignity, comfort, and well-being of each resident. The CNA plays a key role in assisting residents with daily care needs while maintaining a calm, supportive environment during the shift.

Essential Duties

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide patient care and support in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• Accurately document care provided in the medical record system
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Kentucky
